My pet had an accident and she was bleeding from her feet. There was no petstore open in my area, from where i could get first aid help. I called them and asked, whether they have the first aid kit. They did have one, but they were closing that day in 9 mins. I requested them that it was emergency and they waited for my pet for half an hour after the closing time and did the first aid help. I really appreciate the help of the staff members and would recommend this to everyone for an extremely friendly and helpful staff.
