I went to this petland for the first time and was greeted by everyone I saw there. I even saw some really cute puppies there and they really give you everything you need to know about the puppy and what they come with. They give you their full time and attention and walk you though everything you need for a new furry addition to the family. This is probably the only pet store that I know that treats you like family and walks you through getting a new puppy. They matched me with my forever pup and on top of that walked me through everything I needed and taught me how to use it. These people really care about you!

This place is super clean, the workers were very helpful and nice I bought a puppy and she’s absolutely precious. I would recommend going to this place to buy a puppy.

Pet stores that sell animals generally seem very sad to me. (Visions of puppy Mills, etc.) However, Petland is on the opposite end of the spectrum from those grim stores. The workers care deeply about the animals and want you to know about the breeds, and even the personal story of the animals. A clerk let me hold a parrot while she told me its story and its personality. My husband held a snake while that clerk answered his many questions. In the meantime, I found Fromm dogfood, which I hadn't found in PetCo or PetSmart. He helped me compare the pros and cons of the regular adult and large breed foods.

Makena was ver helpful & explained everything we going to need how to take care of our puppy. Was really professional & knowledge. I personally recommend petland. Excellent team but Makena was friendly and knowledgeable.
