Me and my friend went back for the same dog, debating on getting him or not. when we finally decided it was a possible thing to do, Lori helped us get our new friend and all of his necessities figured out and helped us in a way that seemed as if it were a friend helping a friend while also remaining professional, i appreciated that comfort but being able to maintain a professional balance:)
