Clean kid and pet friendly place to get pet supplies or information. They have an area set up for you to go and visit or play with a dog that you ate considering bringing home with you. This is the first time I’ve seen such a neat set up and was really impressed with how they seem to have an open door , or kennel, policy that (as I saw it ) that let’s children the ability to learn how to interact with puppies while the puppies were given attention and relief from their kennels . That alone won me over as a forever customer. They also were so kind to my Panzer and were able to give me some helpful advise and successfully resolved an issue that I was having with his skin. The staff is young and obviously loving their job. Whenever in that part of Kansas I will look forward to going and visiting with them again. Would highly recommend going there over any of the pet supercenters. Although pricier, it’s worth the one on one attention that they offer.
